Key Responsibilities
Key Area 1 – Auditing
- Conduct routine audits of billable job tasks in AroFlo (GMS job management system)
- Conduct weekly audits of hours worked and cross check against timesheets
Key Area 2 – Corporate Governance
- Monitor Annual Gold Medal Services Corporate Calendar and lead achievement of monthly objectives
- Complete company licensing and accreditation applications and renewals
Key Area 3 – Strategy
- Collaborate in the establishment and implementation of company strategic goals
- Develop internal company quality systems to support company and client requirements
Key Area 4 – Performance Management
- Facilitate performance management processes and oversee employee training and development
General
- Assist with preparing quotes and tenders
- Drive continuous improvement in company quality management systems, policies and procedures
- Take all reasonable care of yourself and other persons who may be affected by your actions
- Contribute to and participate in all programmes designed to make the working environment safer and healthier
- Immediately report any hazard, unsafe situation, near miss or work-related injury
- Follow reasonable instructions.
